Before the CL groups and Internarional breaks my recollection of football was a few midweeks in the league cup sections, European games, Sc replays and postponed games. Then there would be three or four internationals during the season with the rest being in the summer.

The cost for a football supporter who likes International football and his team is successful in Europe must be astronomical.

If you want to watch on TV it is seven days a week and on some days from 12:00 to 20:00.

Seems way too much .
