Didn't know or ever met Robert, but it's clear to see from the many tributes he received when he passed away, he was a genuinely nice bloke who wore his heart on his sleeve. He's obviously touched many hearts in his lifetime and it's great to see he'll be well remembered for many more years to come.

Robert was a lovely guy i used to drink with him in the Bothan in Broomlands Irvine. I thought i knew a lot about Rangers but Robert knew everything about Rangers a good guy
