He's young and learning his trade, IMO the more experience he gets the better in the future he could be. He knows the club and is a supporter. He needs to get rid of Bob Malcom if he is to progress though.

I think it’s really disheartening that you’ve all went for Male candidates.

In today’s brave new world, we should be looking at a strong woman to lead us, maybe from the BAME community and importantly someone with links to the club.
