Looked in the thread and could see no mention.
Maybe when we mention BBC we could have a photo of a former well known Paedophile they covered up for against a photo of the bbc.

BBC says BBC not biased.

RB says RB has massive boab.

All above must be true as verified by person/entity making the statement.

The BBC are just trolling Rangers, all the Tims in BBC will be having a laugh right now at the image they used. And indeed the whole thing. Only a critical mass of people not paying the licence fee will have any impact.

Replies like this annoy me.

So I'm not allowed to listen to Radio 5 or anything BBC related?
My gripe is with BBC Scotland, I don't listen to BBC Radio Scotland, though I pay my TV license and surely i'm allowed to one in a while pop open the BBC website to see what the world news is.
Was just shocked to see our story on the main page with a tax man.

Can I point out the irony of complaining about the BBC whilst simultaneously going on their website and thus increasing their readership?

Isn’t that website screenshot BBC Scotland though?

I don’t get any of the above when I go to bbc.com.

Not trying to be arsey but does their readership even matter when they're publicly funded? It's not as if they're relying on ad revenue unlike the other media pages.

Probs not but they will monitor statistics. If people click the links about certain types of news they’ll do more of that type of news.

They really don’t give a flying fook, the place is infested with wrong yin’s. Can just imagine them all back slapping and giggling when they come up with stuff to troll us. They screw will turn eventually and they’ll be a clear out at their HQ.

They are openly mocking the situation. %^*& them

This approach to PR is widely viewed as scoring an own-goal.

What the BBC is doing is bringing attention to an allegation that many would previously not have heard about (particularly those who aren't really interested in football).

%^*& the Beeb. It's run by internationalist socialists and its journalists won't contribute a single thing to society until the day they are howitzered.

I think that's slightly different mate from a normal commercial enterprise (i know the BBC still flogs it's wares) such as The Daily Rebel - more hits means more ad revenue for the DR. For the BBC is doesnt matter, even if no one looks at it, the state will hold a gun to our heads and make us fund the BBC thru the licence fee.

That's why the BBC should not be taking editorial positions, people do have the right to vote with their cash.

If the BBC was funded by "pay to view" I couldnt GAF what they print, they wouldnt be getting my money so they can do what they like.

When does it get to the point where our club have to go above the heads of BBC Scotland, and seek a meeting with their bosses in London (or Salford), preferably with a big fucking dossier of examples where this mobs bias, bigotry and hatred of our club, completely flies in the face of their own Code of Conduct -

Trust is the foundation of the BBC: we’re independent and honest. We’re committed to accuracy and impartiality. We work hard to never intentionally mislead our audiences.

Truth and accuracy: We get to the truth of what’s happened and make sure everything we produce is accurate. It’s not just about getting facts right – where we need to, we look at the detail to get to the truth. Depending on what it is, we make sure everything we produce is:
•Well sourced
•Based on sound evidence
•Thoroughly tested
•Presented in clear and precise language. We’re open and honest about what we don’t know and we don’t speculate.

Impartiality. Being impartial is crucial to us. So we’re never biased. We reflect diverse opinions across everything we produce, over the right amount of time – we never intentionally fail to reflector represent important points of view. We’re fair and open-minded when we’re looking at evidence and facts.

Editorial integrity and independence. We aren’t influenced by outside interests or arrangements that could undermine our integrity. Our audiences can be confident that our decisions aren’t affected by outside or personal interests, or political or commercial pressures.

its not an ad based site, so hits don't really count the way clicking on the like of a Record link would

Every communication that mentions the bbc should state their history. For example:

The bbc, who employed, enabled and covered up the actions notorious peadophiles, employ Chris Mclaughlan and her brother Connie.

One person goes to the website and hundreds can view the content on FF,.and see what they're up to

It's not hard to figure out why it's done

Ps looks what been changed.....

Do the 19th Century Terrorist rats at BBC just tick the "been on FF box" or is it our club complaining?

The club needs to be recording each and every one of these and make a complaint the culture select committee. Realistically the relationship is over and we should withhold all cooperation. They must be in breach of their agreement with the league and sfa.

It’s more grist to the mill should Rangers choose to use it. He mentioned a dossier of evidence did he not? Maybe he should consider using it.

You can just imagine them crowding round a screen pitching in with "pick that one", "use this one", "that'll upset the Huns", as they gleefully go about their BIASED agenda.

Another complaint raised.

Full Complaint: On Wed Feb., 20th on the home page at https://www.bbc.com/scotlandan image containing the text “BBC Scotland rejects bias claims from Rangers” is used to head up a news story. The Image used to portray this article shows the iron wrought gates at Ibrox with a dark silhouette of a man carrying a briefcase. The BBC claims to be “open and honest”. Within the context of the BBC’s tenets relating to truth and accuracy - What is such an image meant to depict? It appears to confirm that the BBC does exert bias against Rangers. This is not the first time that petty/ subliminal images are displayed by BBC Scotland in relation to Rangers. In my opinion this is, once again, an example of institutional bias by the BBC. The image has now been removed but this is quite irrelevant. Why did such an image appear in the first place? Who is responsible for Editorial integrity when situations like this occur all too frequently?

Club 1872 statement tells you what to do, not clicking or visiting the sites will do nothing to make changes. As they are different to advert financed private outlets, so the complaint format is a little different in how to hit them where it hurts

Creepy Bastards, a phoned them before Christmas told them I'd stopped watching TV because of their Treatment of Rangers. They said they won't send any letters out for two year's lol
Did you cancel your licence fee as well mate?

Been thinking about doing this for a while now myself.

I am a law abiding citizen but don't like paying the wages of paedophiles and their supporters.

Don’t hold your breath. I’ve lost all faith in the club doing anything meaningful outside of easily forgot about sound bites.

Not had a License for years mate, phoned them so they would stop sending me their stupid Threatening Letters.

That picture is ambiguous. BBC think it is a Tax man at the Ibrox gates. I personally believe it to be a picture of Dave King with a briefcase full of money coming in to Ibrox and expel the crooks.

Cancel you license fee. I have not paid the feckers a penny for going on 20 years now, and I never will. If their "Hired Goons" come to your door, don't say a word and close the door, Simple. They can only take you to Court if you confirm your Name to them. So say nothing,

Cheers mate, but my concern is they already have my name as I've been paying it by direct debit for years now.

Was thinking about withholding the money due to their blatant bias but could really do without any hassles of court etc.

Does not matter if the know your name from your previous dealings with them. Cancel your direct debit. For all they know you could be a new owner or tenant in the property. They rely on you verbally telling their goons your name. In Law that is called "Joinder " and forms a contract hence the reason they can take you to court. Here is the legal definition of "Joinder".
https://legal-dictionary.thefreedictionary.com/joinder

That's why you just say nothing to their "Agent" and close the door.

On another note. Did you know that you could go into your bank and and claim ALL the monies you have paid to the bbc over the years? All you have to do is inform the bank teller that you wish to claim on the "Direct Debit Guarantee" in regards to the payments to them. Tell them you are questioning their impartiality and bias as a Public funded Broadcaster and they have failed to fulfilled their duties under their own charter, therefore broke the contract.
The bank will debit every penny you have paid them over the years. The bank gets paid from the Swiss banking authority, and they will claim the money back from the bbc.
pm me if you need any help.
