But it wasn't a penalty. Maybe VAR people did look at it and thought the same.So if the ref says he seen an incident but the var people are watching a replay and it's clear the ref made a howling cùnt of it then it's just play on?
My view entirelyIf his hands not there its going out of play
The whole reason for VAR is to pick up on things the ref missed. If the ref saw it and deemed it not a penalty then it doesn't go to VAR.
It hit his hand but it wasn't a handball, so no need to go to VAR.
You would have the mental homes packed to capacity if you did that with loonies saying it was brought in to get big Connor an England cap99% of hand balls are accidental
It’s one of the daftest rules in football.
Unless you’re diving to save a shot at goal or doing the hand of god.
Play on

It's not similar at all. The ball hits Kent first plus and it's much closer.
It either hits Kent and goes on to the arm or hits McCrorie in the chest first then the arm. Either way, the initial contact puts it on to the arm meaning it's not a penalty.
no it didn't
Agree in regards to diving. Weed out the cheats.VAR should have a greater scope for intervening. This Hearts player should be red carded for this, perfect situation for VAR to get involved.
Was talking in general mate. But it wasn't a penalty. Maybe VAR people did look at it and thought the same.
We're obviously seeing different things then.It either hits Kent and goes on to the arm or hits McCrorie in the chest first then the arm. Either way, the initial contact puts it on to the arm meaning it's not a penalty.
It's was and has been shown plenty times. We're obviously seeing different things then.
I'm sure if it was a Rangers defender there would be readily available slow motion shots to clear it up though.
Can only comment on what I'm seeing mateIt's was and has been shown plenty times.
I know. It was more pointing out that the talk about football these days is all about the wrong things. Refs and VAR.If only there was a search facility online with all the football scores available at your fingertips.
Doesn’t have to be intentional for it to be a penalty these days. But it wasn't an intentional handball. He's trying to get his hand out of the way. It was ball to hand, not hand to ball.
Exactly. Very rarely I'd guess is the thought process of a player is "I'm going to handle the ball here"Doesn’t have to be intentional for it to be a penalty these days.
