It's alright, lovely castle.Stirling OK?

Stirling OK?
We all have a laugh about Borna injuring himself in waving goodbye, etc, etc.Borna must have strained a hamstring doing a walk around the pitch on Wednesday.
Farcical.
Yeah he’s fit. Well as fit as can beAny chat on Roofe? Is he available for the next two games?
Sima won't get an hour imo. 20 minutes maybe. No point in throwing Balogun in. He’s a shoe in to start next weekend.
I’d be resting Dessers tomorrow also
I’d give Sima an hour
Think we can read between the lines of that. That's what I've been wanting to hear.I think we are at the end of a cycle as a club, we need to change some thing and I want to end this cycle with a really big moment next Saturday at Hampden.

He did, I saw it at the time and my heart sunk. But he walked off ok after carrying on for a few minutes.I'm sure the commentator said that Dessers was signalling to the bench and pointing to his hamstring before he came off on Tuesday.
Do we have any strikers available if he is out? Just Silva?
I'm sure I saw suggestions Roofe had already left
Thankfully he seems fairly robustHe did, I saw it at the time and my heart sunk. But he walked off ok after carrying on for a few minutes.
Nope. I assume that means he's availableNo mention of Sterling?
Borna took a huff after not getting goodbye minutes?
Well he absolutely needs minutes ahead of a flat out all or nothing 90 the followingSima won't get an hour imo. 20 minutes maybe.
52 appearances or something this season. The majority as our only striking option. I shudder to think what would've been if he had picked up an injury.Thankfully he seems fairly robust
Agreed but you run the risk of further injury.Well he absolutely needs minutes ahead of a flat out all or nothing 90 the following
seen him yesterday pictured at the training ground. He’s availablementioned goodbye to Ibrox on tuesday
video of him flying
removed Rangers from his insta bio
but no mention of him not being avaliable
Stirling OK?
No mention of Sterling?
Barisic shittin the bed again.Reads like they are all out the final
Already shittin it that the Final goes to penalties.Borna took a huff after not getting goodbye minutes?

It was after his last game at Ibrox, not because hes left. Why would Roofe have left with 2 games still to play, one of which being a cup final?
Yes I'd really like to see Fraser get more mins plus keep Ridvan fresh for next wk. God knows we don't need anymore injuries fs.Yilmaz for 45 tomorrow, Fraser for 45.
He needs minutes too though, if we want him for 90+ in the final.Yes I'd really like to see Fraser get more mins plus keep Ridvan fresh for next wk. God knows we don't need anymore injuries fs.
Poor preparation for the season number of minutes age test time etc all play part.Just how does this happen? The amount of players we have who get injured in training is a joke.
He’s gone through everything in the training centre with a fine tooth comb"I think we are at the end of a cycle as a club, we need to change some thing..."
I feel like I can breathe a bit more after reading that from Clement
Sima and Yilmaz fit means there is absolutely no reason why Sterling can't be played in the middle of the park.If Sima and Sterling can start next week then we're not far off a strong starting XI and suddenly we have a bit more of a fighting chance
Hopefully Sima can get at least 60 minutes this weekend
Yes I completely agree he needs mins. Just scunnered the last few years with amount of injuries our squad gets. It would be another blow if he can't make the final. He needs minutes too though, if we want him for 90+ in the final.
Clement said after Dundee he was only meant to do 45.
FFs, another one who's a "shitebag"?What’s actually wrong with Matondo except not fancying it very much?
He did, and annoyingly, it took 5 minutes to get a sub on to replace him.I'm sure the commentator said that Dessers was signalling to the bench and pointing to his hamstring before he came off on Tuesday.

Agreed, hopefully we protect players for that as well. Play as many youngsters as we can tomorrow.Reads like they are all out the final
He has already stated that he is aware of what the problem is regarding injuries, and knows how to fix it (something along those lines)We all have a laugh about Borna injuring himself in waving goodbye, etc, etc.
But these injuries happen to SO many of our squad, seemingly at random sometimes.
I've now come around to the opinion that it's what is going on in training (including the weights room, etc) that is leading to much of this.
It hardly lends confidence to our hopes of bringing in new players next season that have no history of injuries .... aye, until they joined Rangers that is.
I really hope Clement is having a good look at the entire training and medical staff / routines.
Yeah bit of a strange one, that's what made me wondermentioned goodbye to Ibrox on tuesday
video of him flying
removed Rangers from his insta bio

what caught my attention was when he said normally he will only select players who have been in full training for ten days before a game.he had to forgo that principle as it would have been impossible to pick a team.Just watched the YouTube press conference shared by @Craigie
Clement's barely concealed disgust at the state of the playing squad is there for all to see. Turns out Beale and his crew were complete chancers after all
Clement also mentioned having to delegate more as he's been too involved in things he shouldn't have to be. I personally have thought for some time he could maybe do with another first team coach of his choosing to support him.
He's inherited a shambles
