He needs players/ leaders he can trust.

It may be players who have done it for him at previous clubs or those he is aware of but he can't rely on the current crop when the chips are down.

That may also be in backroom staff too, Alex Rae may have to move so he can get his own guys.

There needs to be a power shift , Tav, Goldson and Lundstrum may not all get shifted, but their influence of power needs diluted.

The only way it happens is with a Saudi backer. It's never going to happen. We are going to be delt with english championship duds again and we will finish 2nd again.

Belgium/ Holland and hopefully eastern European leagues
