I enjoyed last night a lot more than Manchester

A Painful ,heartbreaking way to lose and if we are honest we never really truly got going for some reason.
But going in front was just a brilliant feeling and for a minute it was our trophy and the dream was on .

Whereas Manchester we weren't at the races at all and there wasn't really any highlights or hope throughout the match


I'm proud of the journey our club has made this season ,updating our European history with another final appearance and gaining huge respect all across Europe with our exploits .Hopefully one day we go that step further .

We competed last night.

Always felt Walter, great as he was, got it wrong in Manchester. Yes, we were up against a superior team, but we really never laid a glove on them on the night and that was frustrating.

Last night the players had a proper go but came up short. We didn't play as well as we can but there was no lack of desire or effort and we were always in it right up to the last kick.
