Ive had the pleasure of watching them develop and progress through the lower leagues. Now one step away from the Super Lig and their aim is to have a full starting 11 of home grown players in the Super Lig.
They achieved a home grown starting 11 last season and have produced some of the best young players in Turkey.
When you have a plan in place, it’s important that there is patience, and players are allowed to develop. Sadly this is far from the case with bigger clubs, such as orselves. If a player has 4-5 bad games they are automatically labelled as being sh.ite.
Be interesting to see when Altinordu achieve their dream.
