Playing Kane was clearly a big mistake. They did fine without him. He's not played for several weeks yet he decided to give him the full 90 minutes in the most important game in their history.

Poch must take the fall. Spurs massively improved when he came on and IMO didn’t deserve to be dropped after scoring a hat trick in the SF
