Greeting after a hamstring injury that will put him out for only 3 weeks, touch wood. Love it. Have we seen passion from a player like this since Gazza?

It’s a positive update - but we’ve had them before.
My money would still be on us not seeing him until after the international break. Here’s hoping I’m wrong.
Hamstring injuries are always worrying and players often return a lot slower as they don't want to risk a recurrence.

Better to give it an extra week's recovery, than rush back too soon and be out for months mate.
I reckon its more psychological than physical on return, mate. Players get worried that a quick burst of speed and ping, the hamstring has went again.
Nothing gets passed you mateThat would suggest he is hopefully just a couple of weeks away
I'll be ragin' if he doesn't start tomorrow..................... but i'll also be even more ragin' at Stevie G for starting him if he limps off after 20 minutes
True, that'a why I hope we take a long term view as regards to when he comes back, and the game time he does get in that process. In recent times for us Waghorn is a case in point; hamstring injuries are not necessarily that straightforward, and a player may need plenty of time to fully recover.Hamstring injuries are always worrying and players often return a lot slower as they don't want to risk a recurrence.

Thanks for posting this BB, some good news in a very sad day. Thanks mate.
It is that Mate. Absolutely gutted about Fernando, feel awful for his Wife and his wee Lassie. He fought so hard to be around for them both as long as he could. I would take 11 Fernando Ricksen’s.
