Kill All H*ns

Neale Ross – who appeared in the dock at Glasgow Sheriff Court wearing a red and white tie – was alleged to have committed the offence at Ibrox Stadium on October 29 2022.

Rangers hosted foes Aberdeen in a match that the Glasgow side won 4-1.

Court papers stated Ross, 35, conducted himself in a disorderly manner at the match.

It was claimed he displayed a banner which bore an offensive sectarian slogan.

Ross, of Aberdeen, was further stated to have committed breach of the peace.

The alleged offence was said to have been aggravated by religious prejudice.

Ross pled not guilty.

CCTV shown to the trial displayed that the white and red banner said: “Kill All Huns.”

Sheriff Gerard Considine said: “The banner in itself constitutes a breach of the peace by what is written on it.

“The matter is whether or not Mr Ross knew what was written on the banner at the point he took hold of a side of it.

“My viewing of the CCTV does show him in possession of part of the banner with people behind him to his left.

“From my view, the people to his right were already in possession of the banner.

“Nothing from the CCTV shows me that he knew them so I have to consider if I can draw an inference that he knew what was on the banner.

“While I accept he stepped back a row under the banner, he didn’t appear to be holding it or wasn’t shown on CCTV.

“He did gesture to the Rangers fans in that direction after the banner had been taken down.

“He was not responsible for taking down the banner.

“I find a reasonable doubt after Mr Ross’ evidence and I find the charge not guilty.”

A Dons fan was today cleared of holding a banner saying “Kill All Huns” at a Rangers and Aberdeen match.

So a Glasgow court of law has in effect ruled there is nothing wrong or illegal in calling for Rangers fans to be murdered.
This Catholic bigot needs to be struck off from the legal profession.
My reading of it was that the “kill all huns” was not the point. He ruled the fat sheepshagger didn’t know what was on it when he held on to the Banner.

Jesus Christ.

Anyone holding a banner stating kill anyone should be an automatic jail offence. This Sheriff has set a very dangerous precedent.

But it's not anyone. It's us.

But I know what you mean. If it was anyone else.

It's not just football that's riddled with this sectarian corruption and ethos of hate. It's the Judiciary the political landscape and law enforcement and that's dangerous for society as a whole.

Keep a picture of the guy for reference on a kind of Bears most wanted list. Turning up in a red and white tie, deserves a few slaps in it's own right, before getting down to the main course.

I take it the Sheriff wore a green and white tie?

Honestly this Sheriff needs run out of town for even suggesting the accused didn't know what was written and was contemplating sentencing this pos on the basis of the area and size of the banner!

Let's face it one pos won't jail another pos!

Gerrard Considine Sherriff?

Imagine the banner he was holding said " Kill all Catholic Judges ".
Do you think an outcome of not knowing what he was holding up, so not guilty of any offence, would have been concluded?
Now that a precedent has been set, perhaps.

"I didn't know what was on the banner I was holding up m'lud. I cite the precedent set in the verdict of Crown versus Ross and should therefore be found not guilty with all charges dropped "

From an article re the scumbag Cairney

Sheriff Gerard Considine said: "Mr Cairney is suffering from dementia and the level of that and whether he is fit to instruct is a matter that will have to be dealt with."

Cairney was excused from attending the hearing on Friday.

Its mad how much they hate us when most of us couldn't give a feck about them :D one sided rivalry. Tin pot weirdos. We've got bigger fish to fry than these irrelevant freaks.

That’s not what the judge said. As much as I find his decision ridiculous, we will never win an argument by putting forward points which can easily be dismissed because they are not accurate.
