He was trying to scissor kick it at goal. Never a red card. On a side note that big uchie is a dumpling, how he missed that one on one with the keeper!

Should have been a pen and a red for the Hearts keeper. But in the SPFL the ref sends the Livi striker off for a simple foul. Ridiculous.

The kind of decision that supports the idea that the referees up here are abysmal but which if it involved us serves as confirmation bias for posters who are desperate to believe that only Rangers suffer because of poor refereeing.
