Idk if it ever got confirmed or not but someone suggested it was to do with a sprinkler on the ground. Was a weird one because it didn't look like much happened when he had to come off but something clearly happened with his foot or knee

No, that was Ryan jack who cut his knee on the sprinkler. Outrageous as it sounds. Not Helander.

I honestly don't know where you are getting this from, don't get me wrong I sincerely hope he does kick on when given a chance

but Edmundson simply hasn't been tested as yet against anyone of note

Fair enough, Edmundson hasn’t had a lot of games. But you can only judge on what you see and when GE has had a game he’s generally impressed. I’d not be panicking if he had to be deployed.

Don’t forget that Helander has not been without criticism for some aspects of his game and there have been numerous threads telling us Goodson needs chased.

This is an area where we are quite strong. I’d be a lot more worried if a striker got a medium to long term injury.

Worst blow tonight for me is missing Davis.

His injury isn't due to being overplayed.

Someone stamped on his foot and broke a bone. That can happen after 5 minutes of your debut.

Oir improved results have been down to having him in the team as he's our best CH.

Katic is a decent enough defender just not that great positionally and poor at low crosses from the left.

Barasic has improved playing beside a natural left footer like Hellander.

Katic isn’t as good as some on here think.
