You clearly don't go to games or watch the games on the telly
Just to advise Dorrans hasn’t played for about 10 month
Never heard of Davies , is he a new signing?
Arfield jury is out on what type of midfielder we think or want him to be
Kamara only in the door and looks promising but so did Coulibaly
Your point is ?
I totally agree on a balance
Kamara should have played in place of Candeias at the piggery, beside McCrorie in the midfieldWhat we can't do is leave him out for 6/8 weeks and bring him in from the cold in a massive game.
Some times it's not muscle you need but composure, a calming influence.
Kamara should have started ahead of McCrorie at the piggery.
He and Harding would boss the midfield area against most sides in the league together.Hertz being arsey with us of late makes me wonder though if that's likely to happen.Hearts are crying out for that sort of player.
I’ll be avoiding listening to that station then if that’s what they are coming out with.
Correct - said he Could beIs Gerrard not on record saying he will be a future rangers captain
Don’t be ridiculous, he’s a winner, great in the air, strong in the tackle and quick. He stands up to be counted when it matters, Parkhead, Pittodrie, Easter Road. He’s EXACTLYNwht we need in a scrap.
We’ve got enough footballers in the middle.
I'd be playing McCrorie next week against the sheep. He's shown some of his best performances against them. While Kamara has been impressive I don't think he showed up well in the previous 2 games in the cup.
Sold! Surely not.
This - 100%. He will only ever be a central midfield specialist for particular games when we think we need his battle in midfield. His use of the ball and awaresness isn’t strong enough with the game all around him.
He has all the attributes of a top quality centre half (power, pace, tackling, aerial ability), and his use of the ball with the game infront of him is excellent.
He is too good a player to be sitting on the bench all year except for tough away fixtures in Europe and at parkhead and Pittodrie. I think he should be playing at centre half every week, unless we move him to the middle for particular games.
He can be a future capatain of Rangers but to be that, he needs to be in the team every week first. I’m not convinced that ever happens in central midfield.
His first touch and and passing are what really lets Ross down however I don’t agree that he lacks mobility, awareness and timing of tackles.Passing, mobility, movement, awareness, vision, timing of tackles, link up play. The big lad struggles in all of these areas. I'm not sure what his best position is but he is not equipped to be a midfielder.
I have been in a minority on here for ages in being underwhelmed by the lad. He's a nice guy and I want him to do well but I just don't see a long term future at Rangers for him.
A loan may help him develop, but I can't see him getting much game time with us again next season.
Pretty much aligns with my opinion on big Ross. Personally, I would like to see him developed as a CB, I can picture him as a modern-day Alan Hansen. Next season is huge for him.His first touch and and passing are what really lets Ross down however I don’t agree that he lacks mobility, awareness and timing of tackles.
He more often than not turns up in the game he is selected for, he’s so so good at sensing danger and using his determination to win the ball back. I think he could be used in certain games and also a back up CB.
I do agree that it could be beneficial for both Ross and the club if he spent a year out on loan and getting 30/40 games under his belt.

Did Gerrard not say something along the lines of Caixinha could have ruined RMc career by playing him at CB ? Sure I remember reading that. I agree however that his attributes are more suited to be a defender but don’t think Gerrard sees it that way.
If he doesn't he will be sold I'm afraid!!He needs to get better with the ball. If he doesnt then hes no use to us.
McCrorie is the best midfielder we have.

Selling him would be criminal.
Who’s airfield is he a new signing?
Entitled to your opinion but it is bafflingMcCrorie is the best midfielder we have.

I like McCrorrie and really hope the stays but he's not our best midfielder mate. We're playing a midfield 4 at the minute and he can't get in the side.

If he goes out on loan I would like to think it was to a country like Holland.
I’m not sure what that proves. Kamara couldn’t get into the Dundee midfield.
He absolutely is our best midfielder and proves it against better opposition. If McCrorie doesn’t start against Aberdeen next week we’ll get beat and will show Gerrard isn’t learning from his mistakes.
I find it very hard to get a good read on what the future holds for McCrorie. I recognise that he has real qualities. That said, I struggle a bit to see where he fits in to a Rangers team on a long term basis. I just don’t see us playing the next 5 / 10 years with a mainstay central midfield player who is quite as defensive as McCrorie. I am just not convinced that a 30 / 40 game a year Rangers central midfielder doesn’t need to have more to him going forward than McCrorie offers. Is he really going to be happy playing 20 / 30 games a year, in the role of occasional starts predominantly away from home or against bigger top 6 type teams at Ibrox plus substitute appearances where we want to hold what we have? I wouldn’t be altogether surprised to see him sold in the summer. Nor would I be surprised to see him go on and have a really successful career at a club where that defensive holding role is much more important week in week out than it is at Rangers.
