Morphed in to what we had become under Beale

I don't believe PC can take responsibility for them.

He does what he can but if they have the heart of a mouse there's nothing we can do.

It's the 3rd manager they have done this under, it can't be the managers fault. It's the players and the clear out must happen.

11 players on the pitch not a clue what they are doing.

No Plan A never mind a Plan B

Substitutions for the sake of a change of player.

Pick on any player you like but the buck stops at Clement.

Standing applauding a free kick in the closing minutes that Tav blooters in to the stand.
Starting Silva again out wide.

A player who wants to come inside at every opportunity creating zero width.

Some of Clements selections have been abysmal.

If form doesn't pick up and we go out on Sunday he will be gone by end of season.

There's no fluency no ball retention the wingers we have one isn't really a winger one is prob better through the middle. And what ever striker we pick is pish

We are getting overrun in the middle of park easily shows prob how important dio has been in the middle.

But the changes we have made to how we are playing hadn't worked it relied on being able to go left and right and no ridvan is upsetting that

But the system we know will work means going back to fb providing the width

Team selection is a little bizarre at the moment

Manager can't make superstars out of duds.

Clement was never going to make this group of imposters become a title winning team. The squad needs gutted. It's needed gutted since we won 55 under Gerard. We failed to take advantage of market interest in guys like Morelos and Kent. We allowed ourselves to be held to ransom by Goldson because he wanted to test his options for a move and we hadn't planned for him moving. We've got guys picking up tens of thousands a week who aren't contributing.

That takes time to change. Move players on for whatever we can. Let others walk for free. Try to rebuild, although on reduced resources with Celtic almost certain to get Champions League money again (and likely to be boosted under the new format with an extra home game).

At some point we need to accept that Celtic are better than we are and that we've got a squad that needs completely rebuilt. Ripped apart and rebuilt. We don't have the money to do that in a single transfer window so it'll have to be a longer term job. And we'll need to run with a slimmer squad and with more domestic players on our bench. We can't keep spunking money away.

He keeps playing the same players who are contributing nothing, maybe because they have played too much, but at the end of the day, his selections and tactics have been a disgrace.

Thing is if Clement actually fancies taking on the Challenge as he will now see WHY we have failed several season now and he needs major funding which we don't have

It was always lurking in the background, what kept us going before this drop off was our directness (which seems gone now). It's a broken team

I count 4,

they regularly chucked it under Gerrard, only a behind closed doors season their saving grace.

Name the 11 then?

He can only pick what he has.

Tav and Goldson should not be playing the games they have played.

King should’ve been getting game time at right back.

Sterling is a waste at left back, so he is a miss in midfield.

The Silva wide left experiment should’ve been binned a month ago.

We need legs in midfield Raskin gives us that, Cole McKinnon gives us that.

We are the easiest team in the league to play against.

We will never catch that mob and i believe we will win the odd cup, but cant see us winning the league for a very long time.

Silva out wide was an experiment that worked as a one off, it was more the surprise element than anything.

Sacrificing Sterling from midfield to play left back is criminal.

It was Dundee ffs do they even have a winger, King could’ve played comfortably at LB or Fraser or even Ben Davies, you don’t weaken your options in midfield to strengthen your defence against a poor forward line.

Control midfield you control the game.

We have no legs in midfield, Scottish football is kick and rush, we just don’t have any “rush” in the middle of the park. If the likes of McKinnon and Rice aren’t better than the jobbers Dundee had in there we are in bigger trouble than I first thought.

We actually currently look worse than we did under Beale.

Clements hoof ball tactics were working for a while but now we are easier to play against than we were under Gio and Beale. We are so predictable it's unreal and he continues to go into games with a midfield that everyone can see will be over run.

People can blame Tav, Goldson and Lundstram as much as they want but it wasn't 2 defenders and a DM fault that we could barely muster a chance against Dundee. I think some are completely blind to the shite tactics Clement is continuing to stick to.

I agree with that but we have no width up front when we play, players who naturally want to come inside. That doesn't work in Scottish football with a packed defence, everything becomes to congested, hence why you need width to stretch defences across the park.

Totally agree about Sterling, midfield all day.

We’re a completely rudderless ship going round and round in circles and it’s not hard to see what might be in the horizon.

If Clement fails to win any of the potential remaining games against the yahoos and they win a double he’s under serious pressure going into the start of next season.

A bad start there and he probably losses the benefit of the doubt from fans while our board throw him under the bus hoping the next guy is a miracle worker.

I'm a bit baffled at the criticism for Clement, honestly. He's made mistakes, but our tactics completely regress to boring, sluggish football because it's the players refusing to take responsibility. We've seen this happen numerous times. It happened under Gerrard numerous seasons, it happened to Gio, it happened to Beale. That game tonight could have happened in February 2019, Feb/March 2020, March 2022, October 2022, August-October 2023, under four different managers, who each had different philosophies and approaches.

We have these tailspins with depressing regularity and the football is the same every time - because players get nervous, refuse to take responsibility, and start just playing sluggishly and making simple passes, going through the motions just to get the game over with.

When we were going the same way under Beale and Gio, people were a lot quicker to blame them. Maybe it's because people realise it's the player now, but he has to take share of the blame, some of his decision making has been baffling.

He came in early doors and made out he was his own man he would exert his authority.

He pulled of Cantwell first half in a game to show who is boss, however since then he has created a group of his favourites that seem undroppable and it’s not healthy for the team as there is no “competition for places”.

His team selections and I’m not even going to call them tactics as there has been none recently have been honking.

He has no Plan B what so ever.

When PC took over our expectations were that he could maybe win the 2 "diddy" cups and build from there next season.

He over achieved and got us in contention for 56. We didn't expect that and now we are on his back for not achieving it (he may by some sort of miracle).

He has made some mistakes but he is working with some dross and some shitebags. Lets give him the summer window and hopefully we will see improvements and can start judging him from there.

Hopefully he gets the funds required.

Clement took on a shitshow and got the best he could out of it, for a while at least.

He will be given next season to build his own team, but if he sticks with Tav & Goldson etc then it'll only go one way.
Clement should be made to sit with the board and asked about his plans for next season.

If it involves Tav, Goldson and JL, he should be binned.

The Manager has repeatedly told us his vision. A hard pressing attacking team with a player pool that is equipped to come in and do the same job in “The Machine”.

A vision nearly everybody has bought into before this recent monumental collapse. We know he doesn’t have the personnel to achieve this at the moment but his bizarre rant last night has spooked almost all who watched that shambles unfold.

4th manager they've done this to. They did it to Gerrard as well.

Losing to Hamilton at home seemed like a coup de grace on his managerial career.

We were lucky the Pandemic came when it did because the usual suspects were on the warpath to get him fired.
