According to Twitter it's about a 14yr old Motherwell fan at game v queens park, he was knocked down, and driver didn't stop. Driver was in union bears, Motherwell fans witnessed it and contacted police.
No idea if this is true or not, or if there is more to it, but if that version is correct I'm not sure that banner is very clever.

Far as I’m aware Motherwell boys were pelting young lads motor with stuff, including bottles, and one of them got hit. They then grassed to the polis and the boy got jailed.
If you dish it out, take it back.
Banners like today won’t do anything for their fundraising.
