If you go down south beach , the pubs beside the sea may have on. Went in to one for O/F game and they put up on the screen. Sorry cannot remember the name of pub.

Its on CBS sports, any sports bar or brit/irish pub will have that channel.

Grails seems to be the best place for watching football in Miami, based on a few searches I did ahead of a trip there. Never made it to the bar though.
