Good shout for bomber, remember having a tiny photo from the Sunday Post of all places but it had a brilliant caption - "Tom thump, Rangers ace John Brown's flying boot connects with Andreas Thom's head" ha ha, had it stuck on my wall for donkeys, just made me smile every time I clocked it.
Obviously from a while ago, apart from Thom being with the scum and bomber still playing for the Queen's XI, it wasn't even a booking, no compliance phanny and it was a fair write up of the game, so must have been a good while back but was a happy memory & genuinely think bomber was exactly the kind of guy you want to be playing with and not against. So glad he was and still is one of us.

I wish I hadn't included overrated in the list.

But how anyone could think our all time top scorer and the ultimate Tim slayer was overrated absolutely baffles me.

Brave - Ian Durrant , to go thru what he did and come back adapt his game as he lost a yard and still have a great career =. Class
 
If I am permitted to add the word Inspiring it would be a close call between Laudrup,
Gascoigne and Baxter. It must have been a great encouragement for the other players to have guys of their calibre in the same team. For me and many others, it was a privilege to watch them.
