Surely it should be a loan.
You could buy a hospital wing for our injured players!!!If I had a pound for how many times I've seen that phrase on here.....
I doubt we'd have signed Cortes but for Sima's injury. Given they both prefer to play wide left how do we accommodate both?
The ultimate fee was probably already discussed before his current loan - and will certainly be discussed before any second loan. Not binding on either party of course. He might bomb and we decide not to pursue him rather than starring and his value increasing. Or it could be something inbetween.I don't think so. If we do another loan and he plays as well as he was playing before getting injured then we probably wouldn't be able to afford him.
If we had managed to have Cortes and Sima fit and playing we would already be champions!
And Danilo, Yilmaz and Jack.
John Souttar breaks the mould! If I had a pound for how many times I've seen that phrase on here.....
Yeah, but he also rates Silva.....PC obviously rates him.
That's good enough for me.
That beats Jack and Roofe being “like new signings” the past few seasonsHe and Danilo will be like 2 new signings next season IMO.
That old oneHappy with that

Not likely to be a problem next season since we can't afford SimaI doubt we'd have signed Cortes but for Sima's injury. Given they both prefer to play wide left how do we accommodate both?
Yeah unless Brighton are open to another loan then I doubt Sima will be here next seasonNot likely to be a problem next season since we can't afford Sima
How bad are the injuries though?Happy with that

I won't believe it until @stephen ferris has vetted the OP.
Cortes was a right winger elsewhere in his career. Think he was on the left for us out of necessity.
If he rated Silva after having now managed him then it wouldn't have been already decided he won't be here next season, despite the player himself saying he would love to remain here a few months ago. He liked his profile, got him on loan, didn't like the overall contribution is how I see it having gone.Yeah, but he also rates Silva.....
FWIW Cortes looked to have the same attitude towards the physical side as Buff did when he was with us. Strong boy with fast feet and hopefully able to get into double figures for goals
Correct, they know zilch. It’s Rangers Review who aren’t exactly reliable.
If it was another loan with a renegotiated option to buy then that would probably make more sense, unless it was a heavily reduced fee we have been able to negotiate.
If he didn't rate him he wouldn't be playing is how I see it. I take it he is injury prone then.
Seriously surely we have to be careful with this problem.
Replace He and Danilo with Roofe and Jack, and we are back to where we have been for the last few seasons.
From what I saw of Danilo, he isn’t the long term answer and misses as many chances as Danilo but seemed to avoid mass criticismHappy with that

If that's correct surely there would have to be conditions attached, not least of which would be fitness? It's a loan with an obligation to buy
