Edit not a rangers pub as such but doubt there will be any Timmy's, plenty bears in when I was there.

Agree, Popeye's is best ( down by the Harbour). Lots of Bears when i watched games there a few weeks back.
The Old Mill will show it but there's a fair risk of infestation there.
Popeye's also a wee bit cheaper.
