Aye, different competition right enough, but a whole lot of Japanese players were signed by a particular club last year and played in rearranged fixtures, when they wouldn’t have been available for the original dates.

Not as bad as child abuse though, and worse still, the subsequent cover up,

So do squads need to be registered in the Scottish Cup similar to how we have to do it in Europe?

Unless it's Celtic. They can sign a load of new players and have the Scottish Cup played when they decide they are ready, even its the next season.

Like Celtic when they had a game against Rangers postponed due to injury problems then had a ton of players signed aftewards play and score in the rearranged fixture.
