Interesting. He seems to have a lot of respect for Benitez.

I think that's a bit harsh. He says that Benitez wasn't a warm man and that he looked on the players as cogs in a machine but that that didn't bother him too much as he respected him so much as a coach.

Interesting, that's what makes a good coach, taking a little bit of everything he has learned from other coaches but also putting his own spin on things. By that I mean it looks like Gerrards man management of Alfie has been excellent.
