There wasn't any analysis. It said it was a survey. That means it's peoples opinion.Club should demand that article is retracted if we can prove the original analysis is bollocks
Time to tell them to substantiate the story or we take legal action
Fixed that for you..So the survey was a poll of 2 or 3 mentally challengeds pissing against Bar 67
What about the 35 mill they owe the Co op bank
Im shocked the scum are 2nd lol. Id of thought Hearts are in more trouble than both of us.
Why are the allowed to write shit like this?
That is exactly what they are trying to do.More fool them. They don't like that we are spending money. So are trying to create panic that by doing so we are at risk of going bust. They hate that we are actually a well run club with backers ready to challenge them.
From the BBC paper gossip page.
Is this the David Low article already with a massive thread, or a second bit of Timmy porn?
A new survey, by digital business media company Off The Pitch, reveals Rangers are the most likely club in Europe to go bust as a result of the coronavirus pandemic, with Celtic second on the list (Sunday Mail)
It's almost like they've got fùck all to spend but quick look over there, it's Admin 68742.That's 2 articles in quick succession saying this which means it's the narrative that's been ordered from their PR paymasters.
The Haji signing has caused this and the DR/SM only too happy to be paid to print it.

You would get more accurate predictions from Mystic Meg.
More wishful thinking on their part and clearly playing to Timmy hoardes. Surely their wage bill is more unsustainable with little or no revenue. Much depends on the return of supporters through the gate. But I wish the Club would take these cretins to task.Club should demand that article is retracted if we can prove the original analysis is bollocks
Time to tell them to substantiate the story or we take legal action
Arsenal as likely to go bust as Blackburn?
What it really means is that the Tim's in more trouble than us due to their wage bill and the mail are trying soften the blow and appease the hoards by putting our name before them.
No. It's not talking about "going bust". It's only stating the dependency on ticket sales and representing it as a proportion of turnover.
Three pages of replies from loads of people who clearly didn't read the article or original source is a bit of a waste of bandwidth.
It isn't a survey of Declans taken by the Sunday Mail. It's based on research by Off the Pitch into matchday income as a proportion of turnover and the clubs which rely most on ticket sales. We're top of the list. Celtic and Porto second. The top 20 is below.
The original post suggests the BBC is shit stirring (insert shocked emoji here) with mention of going bust. The Off the Pitch report, and the Sunday Mail article for that matter, doesn't mention "going bust". It's simply highlighting a real concern if football is played behind closed doors for an extended period of time. And as supporters this research is highlighting that we need to keep buying season tickets, MyGers subscriptions, merchandise, RTV subscriptions and anything else to make sure our club comes out of this as strongly as possible and spread the income sources around more.
Rangers 67%
FC Porto 45%
Celtic 45%

Presumably with Ashley out of the picture, Rangers will start to get more direct revenue from merchandise, and therefore that 67% figure will reduce rapidly.Three pages of replies from loads of people who clearly didn't read the article or original source is a bit of a waste of bandwidth.

While their summary is obviously bollocks it’s actually quite easy to work out what they based this on, ie the % of total income which comes from ticket sales.
It is unfortunately not great as a combination of a truly woeful TV deal combined with a huge support like ours (and there’s) means we are always going to be really high up this list.
Thankfully we have our wealthy benefactors to see us right. But make no mistake, this type of situation is an absolute nightmare for us and them.
How does that work though if, say, all season ticket holders renew? We don't money on catering so that's not being missed out on. The only things I can think of being missed out on are hospitality and car park admissions.
Hopefully matethink mentally challenged will go bust with the paedo case coming over the hill
I thought the second the fixture angle came out there are a no. of narratives they are so determined to know when they play us. Sporting integrity dictates the first game is at the piggery (millions in revenue lost) now we all know sporting integrity died moons ago up here so there could be trouble afoot. If they can't dictate the order of matches watch their business model suddenly dictates more selling to cover their salary blackhole.Seems to be a wave of media posts like this. Eg Them wanting games published and Rangers finance scare stories. Reading between the lines it seems they are the ones in trouble and not us.
So basically vote for a club you hate thing?
Proper journalism yeah?

This is a point I keep banging on about.
There are rules about this sort of stuff in regards to publicly listed companies - driving down share prices etc.
The club should be all over this
