Registering for a Rangers Number

Went through the online procedure to register my brother for a Rangers Number but I’ve not received anything back. Does it come via email? I’ve checked the spam folder as well. I’ve tried emailing the Ticket Office but no response so far. Cheers.

Thanks for replying! Yep I’m using a different email address from the one I use for all my Rangers related stuff. I went through all the steps of his name, address, age, password etc and I used one of my other email addresses so that I could deal with it. When I got my Rangers Number many years ago I can’t remember how it was allocated-no internet then I’m sure!
