I think I've got them all, but want to check one answer in the last question as I can't think of anyone else but didn't think he played too often for Scotland.

If my query in the spoiler is right, looks like a surprise full house. Being old helped in this one today.

RB = Ralph Brand? Also, I thought Alan Gilzean would be in there but the AG says debut in the 70s so I'm thinking Archie Gemmill? Assume it's just a selected list rather than a full one for the last 50+ years.
