Jindrich Trpisovsky gave his stars the hairdryer treatment as they struggled against Slovacko on Sunday.

Slavia Prague boss Jindrich Trpisovsky kicked a hole in the dressing room door as his side came in 2-1 down to Slovacko at half-time.

The Czech champions, who face Rangers in the Europa League last 16, twice fell behind in Sunday's game.

And the rising managerial star left his players in no doubt about what he thought of their performance in the first 45 minutes as he booted a hole in the door as he applied the hairdryer treatment.

Slavia PR chief Michal Bycek shared the image on Twitter writing: "The coach's three-point kick at half-time.

"Sometimes raising the voice is necessary and when you get through such a difficult and important game it's even nicer.

"Of course we apologised to the hosts!"

Like Steven Gerrard's side, Slavia are unbeaten in their domestic league this season.

They sit 11 points clear of arch-rivals Sparta, who have a game in hand having been forced to sit out the weekend after a Covid outbreak.

They face Rangers on March 11 in Prague, before the return leg at Ibrox a week later.
