Slavia specifies information concerning the criminal complaint

DNES, KLUB

In view of the uncertainty as to the criminal complaint made to Glasgow police, Slavia decided to specify the information. The complaint was sent to the Czech embassy in London and directly to the address provided by the embassy as a contact for investigation of the events.

The complaint was sent on Friday, 19 March 2021, after the return of the team to Prague. The Embassy of the Czech Republic in London was provided with the document and it was also sent directly to the address provided by the embassy as a contact for investigation of the events.

Slavia General Secretary Martin Říha is in direct contact with local police representative dealing with Scottish football clubs (Superintendent Emma Croft, Specialist Operations, Greater Glasgow Division). A teleconference of Slavia lawyers and Scottish police will be held.

In cooperation with a notary and law firm, Slavia is currently making a record of all statements by the players and members of staff and will complete the complaint in the following days. The complaint will be complemented by other relevant facts in cooperation with a law firm hired in Scotland. It is in our interest to thoroughly examine the events and to find justice.

So they released a statement to say they won’t be releasing another statement, and BTW our fans have received death threats.

So they are taking statements from their players and staff via a notary and law firm. Sounds not too dissimilar to a well known team across the city famous for their in house investigations.

They could have walked up to literally any bobby at Ibrox and reported any "crime" they felt took place. I don't know how it works in their racist backwater hovel but it's not normal to bring your lawyers along when you're reporting an offence.

So if I go abroad and wind somebody up and end up getting a slap I just need to report it to the British Embassy. Not sure how much help I could expect doing that. Most likely tell me to piss off.

A worry of mine about all this is that we haven't ever came out and refuted their claims regarding Kamara hitting him. We'll end up getting more punishment than them.

They are clearly trying to defer any UEFA decision on the outcome of all this as long as possible so that they don’t get suspended from the competition ahead of the match against Arsenal.
The narrative will be ‘You can’t ban us while there is an investigation under way’
‘It would be wrong to ban a potentially innocent party!’
They will try and drag it out as long as they are in the competition and will be fighting to ensure they don’t get banned for the future by playing victim.
As somebody said above, don’t be surprised if they are getting assistance from Harper McLeod!

Whatever Scottish law firm if true is involved with them should be ashamed. If Kamara assaulted Kudela infront of a UEFA official it would be common knowledge by now. All they're doing is giving their fan base more reason to abuse Kamara and Roofe they're genuinely utter scum. Must be about their 20th version of what's happened now as well and for a club that's done nothing wrong they sure as hell won't shut-up about it.

Goldson did say they never came into the tunnel and the team waited almost an hour for them.

Player acts like an arsehole, do you

a) Cut the player loose, make and example of him, apologise, do a few anti-racism token events To appease UEFA etc.

b) Make numerous contradictory statements, identify yourself as a lying and racist institution, make up easily refutable stories and have the spotlight on you even more
