You don’t have to be a tactical genius to work out that our set up is wrong. You say he can only deal with the players he has which is fine but he is matching up against glorified junior players earning £500-1000 a week. His job is to motivate his players who earn £15k plus in most cases. It’s completely unacceptable the level of performance week in week out

Or 3-4 other players across the team capable of scoring goals. Tav and Sima are the only two who have contributed. Every Dessers miss gets analysed and some deserve pelters, but it would matter less if others were contributing. We needed a striker in January and Silva was a mistake we couldn't afford.

Our midfield is absolutely chronic in front of goal.

We have three players that reliably score goals Tav, Sima and Dessers.

The rest we might get a goal from every 5 or 6 games.
