The chaos so far this season...

Not trying to make excuses about recent performances but lets be realistic, last night was an emotional night, it was never going to be a walk in the park this season being champions, teams are hungrier than ever to beat us, Aberdeen have always given Rangers a hard match and even so we're still top and are yet to start playing well, haven't Rangers won league titles under Walter drawing home games and losing away? can we at least look at the positives and try to be optimistic? That lot are celebrating being 2nd, lets see where we are when we play Hibs at Hampden park...

We have been utterly dire all season, mate. This head in the sand stuff can't continue. If that mob had a decent team they'd be miles ahead already.

I think what is worrying fans is the fact we have not played with any energy or sharpness in our play this season. The slow starts have to stop. We have to go back to basics, start hounding teams straight from kick off, give them something to think about, and force them into the mistakes we are consistently making. Attitude can go a long way when not playing well. It's time our players showed they are up for it, before the season passes us by.

There’s only so long the ‘we’re still top of the table without playing well’ stuff can go on. Yes it’s true, but week by week we are either rapidly eating away at the gap we’ve opened up or we are scraping by with the skin of our teeth against poor opposition.
Come Saturday evening we’ll likely be in a different position where the pressure’s now on us to keep in touch with them. Sunday will also be exactly 3 months since our first league game and we’re still waiting to ‘click’.
So the time is now for this team.
