the worst away team at Ibrox in a long time

I'm not any sort of expert on Aberdeen FC, but I honestly thought that they were WAY worse than the last time we met them.

If anything, they appeared to have even les of a game plan than us.
Except for time-waste, kick and foul.

Oh, wait a sec, that's the standard Scottish football team plan then.

their amount of time wasting was embarrassing. wasting time at every opportunity, passing back to their gk from the half way line.

got their just rewards the sheep shagging bastards

Can't agree more. They are a horrible team to play against. As far as I can remember, they always have been. Remember rougvie, simpson, mcmaster, strachan, the lego eater, hayes and all the rest?

Let them enjoy there obsession with us. We got Europe and championships to win. There like a jilted fella just waiting for a chance to do you. They need a life and hopefully relegated with financial problems sometime soon. Arbroath will give the Tim's a harder game than these woolly jumpers.

I’m not sure if they are the worst as the rest of the league are the exact same outwith them. To waste time from kickouts from the 1st minute shows the level of where their football their club are at.

It was worse than their usual seeing as they didn't even TRY to create any chances. Normally the 10 behind the ball teams still try to get cheap corners and free kicks in hope of nicking a goal, but this mob weren't even interested in anything further than a 0-0 bore.

Shite wee tinpot club

To think we had Podcasts, papers, phone ins, Ex pros and current pros falling over themselves to tell us the standard of the league this season was best it’s been for many years

It’s totally shit, makes some of our results harder to stomach in all honesty

A shit game of football. Fact. Both sides were shit. We won in the end, but it doesn't detract from the shitness.

I thought they set out to frustrate us (and almost did). Pressed us high in 1st half, making us play safe. However, you have to make chances and they didn't.

Jim Goodwin said they deserved a point. They made absolutely no attempt to win that game today. Pathetic display.

anti football from them fir 90 min and then the jhake manager has the cheek to say they deserved a point

Tactical masterclass from the highly rated Jim Goodwin...

In fairness, he came for a 0-0. Admitted as much post game. As ever, it's up to us to sort that out. We played right into to their hands for the first 60 minutes.

If all a team has is 'being organised' and you give them all the time in the world to do that, chances are, it'll be an effective system.

What makes it more difficult is the frustration from the stands.
an attempted pass gets a groan, a wild shot over the bar gets a fur feck sake.
players then fall into a ‘ don’t do anything that loses the ball ‘ mentality.
Its a viscous circle.

Just glad that we won't need to play them after the split the way they're going.

There is an answer, a remedy to be had here.

Make the pass and don't lose possession. Or another is, don't pass the ball behind the guy running forward when we're on a breakaway.

And stop taking wild shots.

Getting back to the other night. There is absolutely no excuse for Arfield's wild shot at Perth. He simply has to hit the target. Or not shooting at Tannadice and squaring to Alfie instead. Or shooting v Dortmund when he should squared to Kent. These are a few recent decisions that fully deserved a 'fur feck sake.'

Or whatever that so called effort was from Sakala in the second half today. Absolutely no excuse for some of our comic cuts play.
