Ticket office is it open today and timings ?

Does anyone know if the ticket office is open today and what time ?
I need to upgrade some tickets and if it was open today was going to pop over at lunchtime - as I think time might be too tight tonight to upgrade at ticket office just before the game and get in for the start of the game

Tried emailing to get upgrade done but no one contacted me
