Ticket Reprint Question

Can someone else pick up a match day reprint for misplaced smart card.

I'm away for the weekend and my cousin and his kids was taking my books for Kilmarnock game. Problem is can only find 2 out the 3 season tickets. It will be too late for a replacement card to arrive in time. If I email the ticket office would he be able to pick up a replacement.

Appreciated so what I've managed to do is go online get him a ticket in same section and row and he can just go into my seat then I will just order a replacement after the game.

Season ticket number and details (address etc). All I’ve ever needed (regularly forget my cards)

Last time I asked could I pick the reprint up before match day well in advance they said no photo ID on match day from 10am ticket office.

It will be the usual with the ticket office, it depends who you ask and if they know you.

I’d imagine if you can give the Rangers number and details as if it’s your own ticket you are getting a reprint for you should be fine.
