Using a voucher for stadium tour

Hoping someone can help.

I've got a voucher for a stadium tour. I've managed to get it credited to my account but when I try to book a stadium tour the only option is to pay by debit/credit card. There's no option to apply the credit.

There is a box for a voucher number, every time you enter it it comes up as sorry there was a problem!

Has anyone come across this and found a solution? If not, I'll email them and see what they say.

Tried it again on my phone and it worked, there was an option to apply the credit! Work that one out.

Happy it's booked, but nothing is easy.
