Must be stuff going on behind the scenes. What is going on with that job, no one seems to want it.
Must be stuff going on behind the scenes.
Leverkusen won’t have a season like they did this time. They’ll do well to retain the Bundesliga title. So Bayern will be right in the mix. And Bayern will likely go deep in the CL like they normally do.
Seems peculiar that no one wants the job.
Think its to do with all the ex players behind the scenes xalling the shots and interfering.Must be stuff going on behind the scenes.

I think not really adapting his game/style when they got promoted was stupid.Having credentials for Bayern is one thing that you can debate but what do people expect him to do with Burnley going up there with the massive gulf?

Kompany may turn out to be a good manager in a few years but he is nowhere near ready for Bayern surely. Done decent at Burnley but straight to Bayern? Mad!
Bayern linked way everybody the last few weeks.
The fact the Harry Kane show not only saw them lose their first title in 11 years but had them finish 3rd is the greatest story of the season in European footballThat would be class. Would love to see Kane get relegated.
Would like to think Leverkusen squad will remain mostly in tact as thats apparently the only reason Alonso stayed, he was given assurance from both the board and key players that they'd stay.Surely it's one of the easiest jobs in world football?
Chances are the Leverkusen squad will be dismantled and sold. Dortmund are notorious bottle jobs. It's as good as a one horse race every season.

It would appear Real Madrid are the only top team with their shit in order!Would be a fucking mental appointment, Bayern Munich in general are just a bit of a cluster %^*& off the field currently.
Perez has set them up to dominate European football for the next 5/10 years with his recruitment in recent seasons. Scooped up the biggest young talents in Bellingham, endrick, guler, tchouameni, camavinga. Unreal recruitment really. It would appear Real Madrid are the only top team with their shit in order!
Bayern, Man Utd, Barcelona, PSG, Juventus, all teams who have dominated that appear to to be determined to wreck themselves

The pool of managers in the elite bracket might be non existent but surely theres a few names well above Company that they can attract , after all its Bayern. If you've been knocked back already four or five times and given the pool of proven "elite" managers is almost bone dry this summer, as Liverpool have already found out, can see why they're looking at someone like Kompany who they feel has the potential to grow into the role. Having said that, you'd still think there'd be a few people in that category above Kompany in consideration like a Thomas Frank or Roberto De Zerbi, but Kompany does seem pretty highly thought of by the bigger clubs - sure he was linked with Spurs and Chelsea last year as well.
