What question would you want to ask Gio at today's press conference?

Having had time now to access the squad is there any youth player that have caught his eye that he will look to progress into the first team
 
Any additional special measures to shield the team from Covid?

Would you be in favour of a two week fire break from football?
 
Here's something a wee bit different from the usual 'Ryan Jack / Helander fitness update please' :

During your first Press Conference, you said you'd be speaking to Steven Gerrard in the coming weeks to get some advice/first hand knowledge of the football department within the club. Has that conversation taken place as yet and if not, do you still feel it's required or have you managed to gather enough info from just being in and around the squad yourself that you now feel that you won't need to obtain any advice from the previous manager?

We have a 3 week firebreak coming up in January - co-incidentally when Omicrom is supposed to peak. That's handy.;)

Transfer questions are pointless as he's not daft enough to give any clues.

Injury news, and news of the Nigerian call-up dates are probably the most relevant. Those two combined could make things awkward on 2 Jan.
 
Having watched the instant improvements all over the park since your arrival, especially with 5 clean sheets out of 6. Do you think the squad you have is strong and capable enough to win the League??
 
Has the club started any negotiations with a view to January pre contract signings or indeed January incomings.

Do you expect to move on and sell any players in January?

Will Jermain play more this season :) I think he could give more to the club and would be useful :)

In all seriousness id ask if the club have considered how a potential lock down or no fans could affect the plans in the january transfer window?
 
Are we in dialogue with the relevant governing bodys with regards to losing 3 key players before the next old firm, if so is it positive talks.

Ross Wilson has already confirmed in a recent interview that contract discussions with the older guys are for the late Spring/early Summer. I suspect this time of the year is more focussed on the 'assets' that are younger and more valuable (in financial terms).
