No he wasn't ffsDerek Adams was a name on our list amongst our board when Gerrard left.
Let that sink in.
An England manager is never coming to us ever ever
Daniel FarkeIf it seat became available it would be the ex Norwich manager
The German guy , name slips my mind
Anytime ive seen them mentioned people here wanted players like Botheim, Solbakken and Berg.Fans are mental this team were a pish WIFi code that beat Celtic and how we laughed now we are wanting that WiFi codes manager? Which one is it wee they pish or good?
Did he not manage 3 league titles for them? We’d take that right now. He'd be an Ibrox Ronnie Delia.
Dyche would turn us into a hard to beat, pragmatic, snarling, kick your Granny to win a match team of hatchet men.We could never land Southgate now imo.
You want to keep Gio?
I’d be happy with Dyche at this stage.
Killie manager...I dread to think who this board would go for

They lose 3-5 of their best players every season. Its a miracle they are still performing to a decent level.Personally, I'd be open to a Knutsen -- or a Beale -- type candidate.
I think both these men have interesting qualities.
By the way, it's my understanding that Bodo have lost key players recently, so that might explain why their performance levels have declined of late. (On that note, parallels can also be drawn to Rangers.)
Moreover, I feel that the club needs a manager who can get physically and technically talented players into the club, and get them playing under a clear and trusted system.
Well we need the guy in that runs the club not their managerAnytime ive seen them mentioned people here wanted players like Botheim, Solbakken and Berg.
The actual club itself is tinpot but the way they are run is excellent.
Yep, seems a lot have forgotten that. Ffs, we even had people tracking planes with excitement.Hopefully the fanbase don’t pick this manager anyway like they did the current one
Farke knows mate.If it seat became available it would be the ex Norwich manager
The German guy , name slips my mind
He will be unemployed soon.
Killie manager...
Molde who are first in the league to their second placeThey’ve lost a few players but have been fairly poor this season so far. Beaten 1-4 at Home to Molde recently I recall.
Yes, I think that's the guy,Daniel Farke
No. It's which manager, which we could afford and would be willing to come, could get the best out of the squad we are stuck with until January. Is the question "which currently unemployed British manager would play more defensive football than Giovanni Van Bronckhorst"?
Been suggested loads in the which manager thread.Said no one ever.
Asking for what, the number for an affordable manager?I would be on the phone to Tuchel if gio goes
All we would require then is 11 decent players to play the High Press.IF the club where to part ways with Gio i think Kjetil Knutsen would be a really good candidate.
Plays an attack minded high pressing style of football. We would surely be in a good position to approach him while he is still at Bodo/Glimt.
I know you work in football so probably more aware than most, what’s your thoughts on Francesco Fariol? Highly rated by all accounts and probably one that would be open to come to us.If we are wanting to blow teams early kinda style Xisco Muñoz would be a shout. But you need to have the right character of players to do it.
This all dayRegardless of the manager how do you get the current squad to play any differently? We don’t have the players
What's the question?Dyche is the answer.
Apparently the 3 we interviewed were Gio, Todesco and Farke. The names we were linked with when Gerrard left were underwhelming to say the least ...expect the same if/when Gio goes
Bodies strewn everywhere thenAt this point I'd take Gattuso, just to come in and punch f#ck out of the ones he didn't think were pulling their weight.
I’m not sure we’re watching the same Rangers these days mate. Wouldn’t call Gio’s philosophy attacking, far from it in my eyes.Would absolutely love him.
I think the philosophy set by the club/Wilson is one of a conservative/cautious nature though with stability in European football.
Gio is more attacking than Gerrard but both have a lot of similarities which sides with a lot of caution.
Robertson and Wilson need replaced before the manager.I dread to think who this board would go for
Like a prank call?I would be on the phone to Tuchel if gio goes
And the question is who should absolutely not be the next Rangers manager.Dyche is the answer.
It’s much more expansive/fluid than Gerrards set up that’s for sure.I’m not sure we’re watching the same Rangers these days mate. Wouldn’t call Gio’s philosophy attacking, far from it in my eyes.
Headstands in the hedge! Can you imagine the scenes!Pedro Caixinha with Murty as number two.
We didn't interview any of them other than gioApparently the 3 we interviewed were Gio, Todesco and Farke.
Far from underwhelming.
Gio was the right choice at the time which last season proved. I think people forget the state of the team/mentality Gerrard left.
I’m sure we wouldn’t view losing at Ibrox to the team at the top of the League 1-4 as anything other than poor.Molde who are first in the league to their second place
