What is?Utterly pathetic and depressing in equal measures.

Keep reading on here Souttar was signed to fill a home grown player slot
I'd want Ben Davies to start, would like to see Rıdvan given a go as well at some point.
Cant see him ever playing for us again.Going out on a limb here but can’t see Helander getting a new contract
Wouldnt chuck them in tomorrow. Both signings need played
I agree, Rıdvan should've been starting from the get go.Both signings need played
Aye, often because they choose to run down their contracts so they can get more money out of it - eg Kent and Morelos.Free transfers are free for a reason
Hagi won’t be back until after the World Cup, possibly into next year according to his dad. What about Hagi or have I missed something?.
Wouldnt chuck them in tomorrow.
No shit? He won't play for us again.Going out on a limb here but can’t see Helander getting a new contract
It was entirely predictable. A waste of our limited resources. The whole John Souttar situation annoys me more than it probably should
I've got to the point where I even forget we pay him. Money down the drain. The whole John Souttar situation annoys me more than it probably should
They probably could but is it worth the risk to debut them there? If both can’t handle tomorrow why pay millions?
His medical must've been in January, we can't decide not to sign him in July if it's picked up then.Souttar joined with a hairline fracture which was not picked up in his medical, shocking
The thing that gets me most is nobody seems to want to say what the issue actually is.It was entirely predictable. A waste of our limited resources.
Could be anything really. The plot in Coronation Street, the state of the pound, war in Ukraine, the one less bit in a bar of Galaxy (that REALLY got on my tits). What is?
Totally agree on King. He's been showing up well but Anfield is another level. We have seen what can happen when you chuck too many minutes at an 18 year old. He took a bit of a roasting for the Scotland U21's the other day.Davies should be starting going forward tomorrow onwards
King we don’t want to rush it. Anfield could kill a lad like that mentally
To be fair, we signed him on a pre-contract, so was probably ok when that medical was done. I'm not sure we can reassess then bump him just before he signs. Sounds like he got injured playing those final months with Hearts. In the full presser he says Souttar brought the injury with him and we had to operate but he is now pain free.
Surely we should be picking that up as part of the medical, we basically sighed a player who is always injured while he was actually injured. Some of the recruitment decisions we make are baffling
Yeah you can. You can cancel a pca if a player gets injured or fails the summer medical. His medical must've been in January, we can't decide not to sign him in July if it's picked up then.
What an absolutely pathetic signing Souttar was.
An utter waste of money.
What about Hagi or have I missed something?.
We can only hope he’s one of those players that really come good in their second season.Keep reading on here Souttar was signed to fill a home grown player slot
Might seem harsh but does it really matter. Physically he will never be up to playing for Rangers. Why was he risked on that pitch at Livingston? The thing that gets me most is nobody seems to want to say what the issue actually is.
I'm not privvy to the ins and outs of transfers but I can't see agents exposing their client to that type of risk.Yeah you can. You can cancel a pca if a player gets injured or fails the summer medical.
He had a good game against Denmark.Honestly why the %^*& did we sign Souttar. He’s perma injured and even when fit, a step down from Balogun.
They probably could but is it worth the risk to debut them there?
It was complete arrogance on our behalf to sign a player like Souttar and just assume that because he joined Rangers he would immediately be free of the injury problems that have plagued his career
His previous injuries were centred around his Achilles, no?Basically Souttars previous injury flared up again and he is out until December. Who could've predicted that, only 99% of people on this board. An absolute joke of a signing
Roofe hopefully we will see in a squad in the next 2 weeks I would suspect same with Lawrence, the rest we won't see until January. Then there is match fitness to gain, basically write off the season for guys like Hagi, Souttar and Helander.
Because at least we would have patience knowing what the deal is instead of 1 week, then two, then a month, then 4 months. He's probably played on the pitch loads for Hearts and nobody knows if it was a factor because nobody knows what the problem is.Might seem harsh but does it really matter. Physically he will never be up to playing for Rangers. Why was he risked on that pitch at Livingston?
Or anyone at this rateCant see him ever playing for us again.
I remember the headlines at the time saying Souttar "passes" Rangers medical as if they knew something we didn't.His medical must've been in January, we can't decide not to sign him in July if it's picked up then.
His previous injuries were centred around his Achilles, no?
I don’t see it he’s played half a season in 2 years…..we’ve had our pants pulled down simple as thatHave a good feeling about Davies though to lighten the feeling up.
If he’s fit and clear of injury he will be a good player for us
Will add balance to the back 4
Perhaps telling the truth would expose the lack of proper analysis on his fitness?Because at least we would have patience knowing what the deal is instead of 1 week, then two, then a month, then 4 months. He's probably played on the pitch loads for Hearts and nobody knows if it was a factor because nobody knows what the problem is.
Farcical really. In the full presser he says Souttar brought the injury with him and we had to operate but he is now pain free.
Surely we should be picking that up as part of the medical, we basically sighed a player who is always injured while he was actually injured. Some of the recruitment decisions we make are baffling
Given his injury record that's unlikelyWe can only hope he’s one of those players that really come good in their second season.
He’s a 18 year old kid albeit with great potential.Play King
Good. The lack of accountability should be recognised.Perhaps telling the truth would expose the lack of proper analysis on his fitness?
Souttar joined with a hairline fracture which was not picked up in his medical, shocking
That's cleared that up then.Basically Souttars previous injury flared up again and he is out until December.
