Quite open so far, good start to the game.

I dislike the way that Real are playing the game. Very slow. No real progress forward. Of course part of that is down to how high up the park Liverpool are pressing them - the front 3 of Liverpool are effectively the first defensive unit and are giving Madrid no time to do anything other than pass it back/sideways.

Pity about the injuries to Liverpool's midfield, they could have done with Lalana, the Ox, and Can. If Real score first their midfield -technically superior to Liverpool's - will start to dominate and they'll go on to win the game. ,

Big question over whether they can keep it going for 90 minutes.
Madrid aren't coping at all with this closing down but it's tough to keep that going for a full game. The big enemy is tiredness. Maybe the 2 fullbacks could show a bit of a lack of experience and start to get caught out of position when they're too tired to use pace to recover.
