Also appear to have lost 5 points since the update a week or so ago. Random. Went through the list and can't see anything missing tho so must have been a mistake they've corrected.

I’ve lost 4 and it looks like they’ve changed the women’s game v Glasgow city from 5 points to 1.
That could very well be it. It was supposed to be 1 point if I remember correctly. I've dropped 4 as well (originally thought it was 5 but no)

You got 5 points for a woman’s game?
I’d received 5 points for the Glasgow City game but, like other posters, have had it reduced to 1.

You had to attend the City game to get the pointNo, people get points for purchasing tickets

It has been known.
I bought a ticket for Benfica and was then given hospitality, I went to hospitality so I never scanned my QR code and I never got the points
Interesting, wonder why they don’t do the same for first team non ST matches
It is always in the wording when they sell tickets.
Either says x MyGers points for purchase or x MyGers points for attendance.
They have used both in the past for different ladies matches.
Because they want to sell as many tickets as possible,so they don’t add the restriction of actually attending to get the points.
Cos they know there will be a lot of folk buying womens tickets purely for the points

If anyone is looking into this thread that works for the Mygers section at the Club, I have been trying since 6th July to get my points corrected, they replied on the 6th to say they are bizi etc, so Ive emailed another twice with the last email being on Wednesday there with no reply. Its only 2 games they have missed it aint a big problem just want it corrected.

What is the best email address to dispute the points gained on mygers? Thanks to the tables provided by @RFC Euro Bus i have been able to find clear anomalies which should hopefully be an easy fix.

Just updated my spreadsheet. Other than the usual stuff has there been any additional add-ons for woman matches or that? Haven’t seen any. Assuming update will be after Hibs match.
Visiting the museum? When I booked it the other day it asked me for my mygers reference for points.
Any points for b team game?
Yeh I’d just class that as a standard add/on. Was meaning more woman’s matches etc.

There has been two B team games so far this season-
The international friendly v AS Monaco played at Ibrox and The SPFL Trust Trophy game,
which was a home game,but we it at played at Cappielow.
No Mygers points awarded for either game.
Which one?
For AS Monaco at Ibrox MyGers members got a £2 discount on match tickets.
Nothing offered for game v Alloa Athletic at Cappielow.

I looked at the Monaco email and couldn’t see anything regarding points. Suppose the email the send does give a breakdown of what points could have been added.
I emailed to ask if you got any points for a Museum visit.

Tickets were discounted to £1 for adult mygers members and free for kids mygers members.
Is it meant to show up on your order history? My son and I have been and done the Stadium & Museum tour but it’s not on our history

We think the update wouldn't be for a while yet? They haven't even started adding on the points yet. Maybe after the hampden tickets have all been purchased?

I note they list regular Stadium Tours and a separate MyGers Stadium Tour. I wonder if you have to book the specific MyGers one to get the points? I don't think that's the case and suspect booking the MyGers Stadium Tour simply gets you a discount in addition to your point.

The only difference is the mygers one is discounted. You get the same point for both irrespective of what one you pick. Don’t get multiple points for going on more than one per season

There wasn't any points included with the Monaco game.
