Loads of strikers miss those type of chances when you have plenty time to think. Kenny Miller was very much like that imo. When you do thinks on instinct it happens in a second.

I think we’ve become accustomed due to Alfie in believing that the sole striker has to be robust, bustling and good in the air.

It’s fair to say Miller didn’t tick all those boxes but was still a decent option in that role all round.
