Just because that’s the first charge doesn’t mean that it’s the only charge coming. I’m sure they are still investigating and this just gets the ball rolling. I’m sure they are aware of high profile this incident is, especially after the “missing evidence “ issue in the other case.

Obviously forensics have come up negative for damage, therefore they have gone for the fear and alarm charge. Better than nothing I suppose, it also shows that the CCTV must back up Alfredo.

That is very incorrect. The Police can detain, interview, arrest and if they have sufficient evidence, they charge the person. A report is then submitted to the Fiscal.

Correct, if it was tracker related it would have carried a charge of conspiracy to commit robbery or something along those lines.

Breach suggests he was under the car looking to do something but was disturbed before he managed to do anything. The only thing they can prove was he was the guy under the car.
