Beale is apparently the best thing since slice bread on coaching he’s the go to man at Rangers for formations and tactics
here’s his CV which isn’t jumping out as someone who should be in such an important position at first team level
First Team Coach
Michael Beale joins Rangers having previously been at the LFC Academy as the head of coaching for their foundation phase since September 2017.
Beale had previously spent more than four years at the Reds’ youth base in Kirkby, latterly as the manager of the club’s under-23 team.
In December 2016, he decided to take on a new challenge and project as the assistant manager of Sao Paulo in Brazil but he returned to the LFC Academy nine months later.
Beale started his career at Chelsea, who hired him part-time in 2002, and after ten years rising through the Blues’ youth coaching ranks he moved to Liverpool, initially to manage their under-16 side.
