Why have we lost? If they’ve abstained then the SPFL proposal has failed to get the support of 75% of the clubs in the Championship. Its not 75% of those who voted.

There is no groundswell of support for reconstruction amongst the clubs. There isn’t even an agreed proposal as to how such reconstruction would work because nobody has been talking about it. Yet we are to believe they will agree a format that will get 90% support in the Premier League. Bear in mind more clubs also means the money is spread a bit more thinly as well.
