Yeah. Around £4m was the figure they mentioned.Did Dundee not release a statement with words to the effect of it being financially detrimental to member clubs?
If the vote to reconstruct the PL requires 11 votes in favour, we could be painted as the bad guy going against consensus, hamstringing lower league clubs from getting a payout and at the same time voting against a proposal ‘to improve the product’.
It stinks.
Very.Interesting, reliable ?
They would split the league after 2 rounds of games to ensure 4 OF games but I still can’t see clubs voting for it, they will get less games against the OFThere is no way Sky will agree to less old firm games per season so league reconstruction won't happen in my opinion.

The deadline has not been ignored stop posting misinformation
So the deadline was 28 days? They did put a deadline on it, even though these resolutions have a 28 day reply time built in.
Are we the premier League club that hasn't voted so we can sit on it until day 28?
I wonder, and this is pure conjecture, if Hearts did not vote because by voting they would have given legitimacy to the procedure and would have compromised any legal route
So us and Hearts have voted against it, yet the SPFL say 10 Premiership sides have voted in favour.
What the fuck is going on?
Robertson is on the SPFL Board so he must surly know what the fcuks been going on and call out the corrupt bastards.Robertson needs to earn his corn tonight and stop this skulduggery in its tracks.

No. As I say pure conjecture on my part. (Plus it might have upset a few poet lurkers)That doesn’t ring true.
Isn’t this from a single post on a Hearts forum?
Jordan Campbell saying Hearts definitely voted No. The SPFL made a 'mistake' with their press releaseOnly we voted against it as far as I can tell. Hearts abstained.
10 votes for, 1 against (us), Hearts abstained.
This is about to get very messy.Don't know how to post a picture. The lad dickson from the BBC saying the missing vote was sent but not received. Still expecting it to be a no so would see this put to bed, for now
Prior to the ‘result’ coming out they were promising a 21 day consultation period on reconstruction. Plenty time to vote through Rangers proposal to release funds prior to that once our resooution has been deemed competent. We should/could be the ‘good guys’ in this.
Scottish football to an absolute tee.
Hearts vote lost in the post ?, strange thatJordan Campbell saying Hearts definitely voted No. The SPFL made a 'mistake' with their press release
No, apparently Dundee's vote in the championship has gone missing and us the crucial casting voteHearts vote lost in the post ?, strange that
What happens if this is ratified ? It will go against UEFA instructions to declare league champions without concluding the season.

The deadline was today. The clubs weren’t happy about it (which you wouldn’t know with their votes)So the deadline was 28 days?
Wouldn’t surprise me if the vote went missing deliberately to buy Doncaster and Lawwell time to try and bribe Dundee to change their mind.
Yes, 28 days. It is a written resolution of shareholders and, under section 297 of the Companies Act 2006, shareholders have 28 days to vote. Here the request was, presumably, made to nonetheless vote by 5pm today but that request is entirely non binding. So the deadline was 28 days?
Today was an entirely non binding “deadline”. 28 days is the legal deadline. The deadline was today. The clubs weren’t happy about it (which you wouldn’t know with their votes)

So does that mean it fell through? The 28 day rule is irrelevant here though. Dundee voted and the SPFL "lost" the vote.
Find the sent email and add it to the results.
It’s like an episode of The Thick Of It with layer after layer of deception deception and incompetenceScottish football to an absolute tee.
This, this is why the English lads rip the absolute hole out of Scotland. Shite like this.
