I'm also going to jump into the 'disappointed' group.
I realise there isn't much you can do with a blue top; but for a new company aiming at the premium market, releasing their first ever football strip, hoping to get more teams on board, it's a bit of a dull effort.

From the look of the picture it looks a slim fitting top.

No worries if you're a sculpted 20-something athlete.... but if you're in the fat bassa loyal this could be a tight squeeze

we just renewed it!
The deal with 32Red was renewed April 2019 mate. Ends 2021.

RANGERS are delighted to confirm an extension to our partnership with 32Red, the UK’s multiple award-winning online casino.

32Red will remain as principal club sponsor until 2021, which will be their seventh consecutive season.

Who cares? They are hardly going to say "aye @mad_dave1690 that is the top that you have leaked just before our big reveal and marketing campaign worth thousands of pounds is launched. Cheers brother."

They didn't need to say anything. Same situation arises next year now then who to believe?

I've never spoke to anyone who has requested to Castore or Rangers that they remove the stars from our badge.

I've seen folk suggest it on here but that's hardly a request, our badge is our badge, the club aren't going to change it for some random nobody on the internet.
The crest stood proud and uncluttered on the shirt for countless years, it only recently gained the unsightly stars.
There are many fans who would like the crest returned to it's former uncluttered glory, the stars could easily be moved to the sleeve if required, but you are correct in one sense, there are some uneducated nobodies on the internet, their blinkered opinions are best avoided don't you think?

The top looks far better in the promo pic with the players than it did in that horrendous photo of it on a hanger a few weeks ago. Looks very similar to last seasons top, which I thought was a cracker anyway.

The one in the leak going about had a V neck. This one looks like they put a collar in place to avoid it being a V neck. Castore might've been right saying "It's not the final design" for that reason.

The collar is different from the original leak so Castore were not lying
It’s not different, it’s the standard of the picture taken at the time. There is a subtle wave design on the front of it that couldn’t be seen.

If that is it I think it looks brilliant and I'm looking forward to giving the club my cash for it.

The leaked PDF was right all along, despite the denials. To be honest the detail in that document always seemed too much for it to be fake.

If we’re successful I couldn’t care what we wear, but it’s a poor first effort in my opinion from Castore.

The white was one a stormer in that file.

I find it incredibile that the concept kit designed and posted was far superior to this reality which does look very similar to the first Hummel kit for me.

It’s a Rangers shirt and I will absolutley be buying them all for the kids but it isn’t anything special.

You're obviously washing it wrong.
That kinda misses the point. At the price of these things you should be able to expect an embossed logos and sown badges. The early sponsored tops had these but gradually over the years they have become cheaper iron on transfers. Yet the cost of the top has gone up, not down.

Personally I think they should always offer a sponsor-less top for those that want it, but if they don’t then the quality of the top, logos, badges, and all, should match the price.

The white was one a stormer in that file.

I preferred the black and orange third kit. The white one was a bit plain for me.

Like I said if the team is successful I really don’t care about the kit, but taking it standalone I don’t think it’s a great first attempt.
