Incubation period for the virus is the reason these players needed to isolate and also why the unknown player tested negative on arrival and now positive. Only people that have been in close contact just before symptoms or a positive test now have to self isolate so should just be players family.

Incubation period is 14 days from last exposure. Hope they don't get another positive test in the next 2 or 3 days.

What an absolute tosser . Not surprised this prick can see nothing wrong with their jaunt fo r and r, he’s never wrong always wronged. Time this cancer was out of Scotland and never to return. Because the incubation period is pretty much over, if close contacts of that player had been carrying the virus they would have tested positive.
 
Lennon on a rant in that video. The behaviour of the players at the bar and around the pool is against the rules. Its ok to have a drink in your room, alone, not gathered in a bar. The fact that he doesn't know the rules is embarrassing from a celtic perspective. They still haven't brought anyone in to keep him right. Their health and safety guy must be too busy trying to get the main stand safety certificates passed before the crowds come back and lawell should know better considering the amount he rakes in. They are a shambles and this rant highlights how much self awareness they lack. All guns blazing when you're in the wrong is not going to forge a siege mentality here, it will remove him further from the players.
 
Are there any other teams in the UK being so secretive when a player tests positive? Do most teams not just say straight away who it is?

That sentence should mean every player involved is subject to an SPFL charge, same as the Aberdeen and Rangers players.
The poolside and the bar area where they were pictured drinking also shows members of the public. Might not be illegal as Lennon says, but it definitely breaches the covid protocols.

That's both their manager and assistant manager admitted in their press conferences they broke the rules. Failure to charge their players over this would be a total disgrace and further evidence that the governing bodies treat Celtic preferentially.
