Could be Ben Lomond with Conic Hill just to the right of it!Superb photo, what hill is that in the distance?
I was thinking Ben Lomond but thought it would be further west a bitCould be Ben Lomond with Conic Hill just to the right of it!
Some zoom if it is!
Are the two high flats in spring burn?
If so that's some zoom.
Cracking. Is this your photo?

It is Ben Lomond.Could be Ben Lomond with Conic Hill just to the right of it!

Cracking photo mate, if you do manage to get a photo with the crane and uni in please post. What zoom did you use for that?yeah...had hoped to get the Finnieston crane and Glasgow University tower in too, but will need to find a different angle to fit all that in!
Are you sure? Looking towards Ibrox from that spot, with the tower in line with the Broomloan, means the line of sight beyond the stadium has you looking North East towards Stirling. Doesn't it?It is Ben Lomond.
Edit: Double Post.It is Ben Lomond.

I thought it might be Meikle Bin.
Its def not Ben Lommond (which is a long way west of this hill).
I'd say it was somewhere in the Campsies or maybe just to east side of them.

I'm totally with you on this. The angle simply cannot take in Ben Lomond which is way to the north west. I've googled Glasgow photos with Ben Lomond. Also draw a line from Ferenze, Barrhead through Ibrox and you are looking almost exactly north east. Are you sure? From Fereneze braes which is above Barrhead
Look how clear the pylons are on the top left in the distance. Is that a military grade zoom!!From Fereneze braes which is above Barrhead
I respectfully disagree. Similarly to what LWL posted above, if you draw a line on google maps from Fereneze Braes to the Spiers Wharf flats u will dissect Ibrox and then follow (follow) the straight line and u are looking towards Stirling not Ben Lommond.I beg to differ, from left to right, although distances differ, it is Kilpatrick Hills, Ben Lomond (furthest away) then the Campsies.

It's not Ben Lomond,it;s actually the new carpet at LennoxtownIts def not Ben Lommond (which is a long way west of this hill).
I'd say it was somewhere in the Campsies or maybe just to east side of them.
They're the flats in Springburn mate.....just off Wellfield street.i think they’re the flats next to Buchanan Bus station.
Are the two high flats in spring burn?
If so that's some zoom.
Those flats are Croftbank st and Edgefauld rd. Balgrayhill flats are out of picture to the left.Looks like it mate, they look like the Balgrayhill flats to me.
Cracking camera!

@LetsGo.... yes that is the park circus area.
From that distance and using that quality of zoom drawing a straight line isn't going to tell the story.
That's how the photo looks deceptive.
I've been up Fereneze Braes and not seen that viewFrom Fereneze braes which is above Barrhead
