I'm not sure what game folk were watching but I thought he was excellent. Hardly put a foot wrong imo.
Amazing how people see the game differently- I thought he looked very weak, particularly in the air, and some of his positioning g was quite suspect. A definite downgrade on Alves for me.
Glad someone else saw it that way as thats what i thought.Amazing how people see the game differently- I thought he looked very weak, particularly in the air, and some of his positioning g was quite suspect. A definite downgrade on Alves for me.

Willing to give him time though.
To the people saying he hasn’t played in a while - he has played with Norwich’s development side this season.
I agree ,thought he was poor in the air but a good passer of the ball and I’ll wait a few games to see if he’s as bad as alvesAmazing how people see the game differently- I thought he looked very weak, particularly in the air, and some of his positioning g was quite suspect. Dog shit in the air though which is worrying
Everything else seemed up to speed though.
some of the players in the development league in England wouldn't get a game for Alloa. Stepping out in front of 50,000 against Aberdeen is world's apart to anything he'll have experienced this season.
My man of the match, never lost a tackle or a header and organised everything at the back. I particularly liked when there was a long injury break, he went round every Rangers player one by one to have a word with them. Leader

Agreed - great start and can only get better.Martin and Bates are the future.

Hmmmmm.
He was OK, but Aberdeen had too many chances & if it wasn’t for Fod could of been a different story. Would rather no see Bates & Martin partnership again.
I get why his leadership qualities are praised mind you, constantly talking and having a word in peoples ear.

Thought he done ok, nothing great though
One worry for me is the number of high balls he lost to Rooney.
I expected him to be dominant in the air. Certainly lacking there compared with Alves though

He had a cracking game, but that is just pure bullshit.
