Well, 3 points secured but in all fairness. That was just another poor game - just not enough happening up front and really not seeing enough hunger from the players. Considering the position we are in and how close to the title we are it is poor.

Alfie back for the next game which is good news. However, Gerrard needs to give some players a dropping. This insistence in sticking by Kent and Aribo at the moment is baffling - they simply haven't been good enough to earn a start.

Really wish Gerrard would learn to use subs effectively though. His decisions for subs and the timing of them is genuinely rotten.
